The Board of Norway International Network (NIN) is a body of five elected members who jointly represent the interests of NIN members by ensuring that the purpose and principles of the organisation are met.
The Board is responsible for all legal, financial, and moral issues, as well as and for all communication with the authorities, the media, and other organisations.

Laura Nasta - Chair
Laura joined the NIN team, as Speaker Coordinator in 2013. She is passionate about knowledge sharing and connecting beautiful minds. Laura has two MSc in International Business Management, Leadership and Organizational Psychology, and a BA in International Business and Economics. She has utilized her training to coordinate workshops, international events, and conferences which promoted positive social, economic and politic outcomes. She is currently working as Project Coordinator in Oslo Red Cross, and as Consular Officer at Romanian Embassy in Oslo.
Susanne Ferch - Co-Chair
In March 2014 Susanne joined NIN as a Social Coordinator and is now a member of the board. After having worked in the international event business for 10 years she decided to start an own company. Susanne is the Co-Founder of the online platform Event Freak which connects event services and customers. In addition, she studies business, focused on marketing and human resources, at a distance university in Germany. In her leisure time she likes to travel the world.
Vaida joined NIN in 2014 as a Membership Coordinator, in 2015 became Deputy Project Manager and in 2016 joined the board. She is originally from Lithuania, studied in England for 6 years before coming to Norway. Vaida has two MSc in the field of Economics and BSc in Business Management. After over 10 years of international work experience, now she is a Co-Founder of the online platform Event Freak. Loves to travel, to be always busy with various projects, enjoys international environment and believes that learning is a never ending process.
Joined NIN in 2010 as a Marketing Coordinator, and held the position for 2 years. Grew up in Russia; and took a Master in London prior to moving to Oslo in 2009. Anastasia is currently a Digital Marketing Specialist at Yara International. Also has a background as a linguist and Russian-English translator. Enjoys doing something creative in the spare time: painting, photography, and graphic design. Used to play keyboard, and looking forward to revising the skills after it's shipped to Oslo. Besides, fond of travelling and long city walks.
Joakim entered NIN as a Communication Coordinator in 2014, and stayed in this role for two years before joining the NIN Board. He is a native Norwegian with a MSc degree in Economics and Business Administration, and had the privilege to engage in the vibrant international student environment during his years as a student in Bergen. When returning to Oslo, he was pleased to find NIN as a great arena for continuing the cross-cultural interaction and knowledge sharing. Joakim currently works as a finance controller for Elopak AS.
In 2011 Vanessa visited Norway as tourist and fell in love with the country. When she finished the master degree in Organizational Psychology – 2013, she applied for an internship abroad and that brought her back to Oslo. Vanessa joined NIN as a Social Coordinator and is now a Project Manager responsable for manage the team of coordinators so that NIN events are successfully planned, promoted and organized every month. Vanessa loves to travel, to meet new people and new cultures!
Dimitris moved to Oslo in 2013. He has an MBA with honours from BI Norwegian Business School and also has a Master of International Studies. He enjoys learning about different cultures and languages and likes to travel. Dimitris can converse in about a dozen languages, has lived in seven different countries and has visited more than 100 countries around the globe, including all seven continents. He plays the bouzouki, a Greek musical string instrument and likes to swim. In July 2000 he completed the swim across the Bosporus from the Asian to European side of Istanbul.
